The U.S. Supreme Court will hear a case on Tuesday that questions the way states draw their political boundaries based on census driven data – overall population which includes non-citizens, including those who are ineligible to vote. The main question: does these census driven districts diminish the power of citizens who are eligible to vote?
This case comes from Texas, challenges the “one person, one vote†premise and would dramatically overhaul the political landscape, shifting more power to rural and suburban areas.
