Debra Saunders with the San Francisco Chronicle brings to light Hillary Clinton’s latest crusade: to inform the public of the “sweeping effort to disempower and disenfranchise people of color, poor people and young people from one end of our country to the other.”

Clinton offer suggestions such as early voting, but Saunders counters and notes that ‘making it easier to vote, like we do in California, doesn’t mean more people will vote.’
